Digital Purchase Policy

Each Hidden Within Discovery is made to the collector’s chosen crop, shape and title. After Stripe confirms payment, access to the personalized high-resolution PNG and certificate of authenticity is provided immediately.

Final sale

Because the product is personalized and delivered digitally, purchases are final once download access has been provided. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, choosing the wrong crop or shape, printing decisions, or incompatibility with a collector’s preferred printer or framing service.

Problems with delivery or files

If the purchased files are not delivered, are corrupted, contain a crop different from the one ordered, or materially fail to match the product description, contact Ryan within seven days of purchase. Ryan will first replace or correct the files. When the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, an appropriate refund will be provided. Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Licence and copyright

The purchase grants the collector personal display and printing rights. Copyright and all commercial reproduction, distribution and resale rights remain with Ryan Annett. The digital file may not be resold, shared, uploaded for public distribution or used commercially without written permission.
